  • How do I pay? You can pay through your Parent Portal or at the studio reception.
  • There are four different payment options :
    • AUTOPAY (preferred method of payment). Fortnightly part payments. Please set up AutoPay in your Portal (incurs a 1.9% fee)
    • CREDIT CARD upfront through your Portal.  This must be paid in full before the commencement of term (incurs a 1.9% fee)
    • TAP TO PAY/EFTPOS at the studio reception. This must be paid in full in the first week of term (incurs a 1.6% fee)l.
    • CASH at the studio reception, paid upfront (if you’d like to avoid the credit card fees).
  • A late fee will be applied if the payment is not made by the due date.
  • Interested in a trial class? You can trial up to three different classes (throughout one week). If your child decides to continue in one or all of those classes, then those classes will be added to your term invoice. If your child decides not to continue, then there is no charge for your trial.
  • A $10 Discount is offered for each subsequent and sibling classes.
  • No refunds on classes
