The mid-year fundraiser is THIS SATURDAY – woohoo! Please see below a running order of the show and the rehearsal schedule. PLEASE NOTE – The rehearsal is not the same running order as the show. Once the kids have finished rehearsing they are welcome to leave and come back with a supervising adult. No child will be allowed to leave alone. Parents are welcome to come in and watch the rehearsal, but if we could limit it to one parent per family, and no extra siblings, as it can get very loud. We do have to clear the theatre from 5 – 5.30pm so everyone will have to leave and wait in foyer or have a quick bite so we can prepare the space. Please do not reserve seats, any jackets left on chairs will be taken to lost property. If your child is in more than two items, they are welcome to stay unsupervised during rehearsal but please let Olivia know prior to rehearsal at olivia@electricdna.com, they will need a bottle of water (no soft drinks or energy drinks please), and healthy snacks in a labelled lunchbox.
The kids will sit backstage throughout the show and will be supervised and escorted to the stage and back by one of our volunteers. You can pick them up from the specified meeting point after the show. They will not be able to join you in the audience during the show as it will be a full house.
Tix at the door, and Classes will still happen on Saturday morning.
The teachers should have given the kids some costume ideas, but please feel free to contact us if you’re still a little confused. The kids don’t need to wear their costume for the rehearsal, but please make sure ALL costume and rehearsal clothing items (including shoes) are labelled with your child’s name.
